As a dietary supplement for circulation and cardiovascular support, we recommend taking two capsules (150 mg) of Lumbrokinase per day, with or without food. As our Lumbrokinase is standardized to 10,000 FU per gram this dosage provides 1500 FU per day. We do not recommend exceeding this dosage.

Lumbrokinase is well tolerated at normal dosages but adverse side effects including headaches, constipation, dizziness, and nausea have occasionally been reported and are more likely at high doses.

Caution should be taken by those with bleeding disorders as Lumbrokinase has mild blood-thinning properties, and it should not be combined with other blood thinners or used within 2 weeks of a surgery.
