Recommended Dosage

– Nicotinamide Mononucleotide – The recommended dosage is 250 mg – 1000 mg per day (2-8 capsules), taken in multiple doses over the course of the day. NMN does not need to be taken with food.

– Resveratrol – The recommended dosage is 2-4 capsules per day for a total dosage of 500 – 1000 mg trans-Resveratrol. Resveratrol should be taken with a source of dietary fat for best absorption.
